What is Jido Recruit?
A cloud system for managing recruitment companies and offices in Saudi Arabia, covering the nine-stage overseas recruitment cycle, worker contracts and service transfers, housing and catering, recruitment and rental packages, detailed reports, and verified handover.
Who is it for?
Licensed recruitment companies, recruitment offices, labor rental and hourly service companies, and businesses running worker accommodation.
How is it different from generic management software?
Generic tools do not know the recruitment stages. Jido Recruit is built around the real workflow: foreign agency, sending-country labor ministry, embassy, visa, arrival, handover, and the 90-day guarantee.
Is the system in Arabic?
Yes, the interface is fully Arabic.
Recruitment and contracts
What are the recruitment stages in the system?
Musaned data, sending the contract to the foreign agency, contract status, foreign labor ministry approval, embassy processing, visa issuance, flight ticket, worker arrival, and worker handover.
Does it connect to Musaned?
It records the contract and visa data registered on Musaned in each request file and tracks its status.
Does it support domestic worker service transfers?
Yes, including documentation and retaining the previous contract record.
When does the guarantee period start?
The 90-day trial and guarantee starts automatically when the client confirms handover with the verification code.
Housing and packages
Does it manage worker housing?
Yes: facility classification, capacity, meal scheduling, and housing cost reports per period.
Does it support hourly rental and monthly contracts?
Yes, with hourly or visit-based packages and monthly or annual contracts with automatic renewal.
Does it support online payments?
Yes, through automatic online payment integration.
Operations and security
Do I need servers or installation?
No. It is fully cloud-based and runs in the browser on any device.
